If we do sell (and I think we will have to - a home draw this time around in the FA Cup would have been a better financial bet for example) I think Hoolahan and Russel will be ahead of him by some way.
That misuse of him at Forest by Calderwood has probably done us quite a few favours. He's considered a good striker at this level, not at championship level, so I can't see any other team at this level coming in with an offer that's worth selling him for.
Injury - well, as I gave up on my divine tenure recently, so I can't predict when that will occur.
