I have a better idea,

Get rid of the premier league, pay players a respectable amount on a win bonus basis, stop pricing fans out of going to games, bring back terrace sections for those who want to stand, design new grounds to have their own unique characteristics (not identikits like now), bring back the green and yellow nets and only announce Ips**t as "Scum" when going through the halftime scores.
