instead, idiots attacked a man on television for an hour, and just made themselves look as bad as him, thus making him and his party look more like the wolf in sheeps clothing, as commented on the show

Every reaction has an equal and opposite reaction, etc etc

Not necessarilly the BBC's fault this happened, although Dimbleby was part of it, so maybe there is to a point
