This summer we had the chance to take a machete to our ludicrous wage-bill and link it inextricably to our income stream. But no, from what I hear that has not happened and next year's accounts (while the blow may be softened by a successful season) will reflect that.

And just a thought, will the club use a prmosing league placing in January to restore ST prices to 2008/9 levels?
