'Bonds' - is this like a posh dept store - like House of fraser?

I think they use to have one in Lincoln where I lived.
When I was a young 14 year old I use to go in on Saturday afternoons and drool at the Lyle & Scott & Pringle Jumpers. Never managing to save quite enough pocket money up to get one.
