Comments on the OTJ interview on CW.

Normally these are fluff interviews but he had some interesting thoughtful comments about Paul Lambert.

He mentioned that when Paul Lambert first came in his whole goal was to make the team "difficult to beat" without much emphasis to attack. (dropped Wes)

He wanted to win back the crowd/confidence at the club and get us right in defence.

Once he had a few results and the defence was more organized he then went into phase 2 of adding Wes back in (Charlton) and making us more of an attacking threat.
