Indeed - if it was primarily the expenses scandal that bothered them, why not turn Left?

It's interesting that the BNP have maintained a profile and a (small) share of the electorate over the last decade, whereas the Socialist Workers Party have virtually no profile outside the major city universities and (occasionally) on the odd stall in those city centres.
