Regarding the hitachi call, as I know you've all been dying to know more

We've worked it out.
Our sofa is being paid through Hitachi finance (0% interest, none of this 40% idiot tax stuff).
No payments have failed though so god knows what they want.

Probably want to flog me a loon or something.
