jog backwards, and look left and right, find the last defender, then look around to see where the forwards are. Position yourself so that in the event of a monumental f**k up, you are at least facing the right direction to sprint after the ball or striker already.
Its really quite simple.
Even defenders in cheltenham saturdays div 2 league have masterted this! I'm sure a pro on ?2k a week could also master it.
While he's at it perhaps he may care to take some heading coaching too?!
