fair enough

in retrospect I think I was thinking of an earlier tournament (WC 2002 or Euro 2004). But if it seeded last time I don't know why the Oirish are making so much fuss this time. Did UEFA specifically say it wouldn't be seeded and then change their minds or did they just not mention it?
