REsults are everything in football. We have a great set of

forwards. They aren't doing it. We have a reasonable team. It isn't performing properly as one. We haven't won this season (in the league). Who takes responsibiity for this? The board? The fans? The players? Or the manager? (who the board AREN'T going to sack come what may ).

I'm not being nasty or doom mongering but from the game against fulham and this seasons dire offerings i think NW has lost the ability to motivate the team. His old mate Ian Dowie who isn't a tactical genius either has turned palace around, why can't nigel?

His comments after the leeds game are identical to last year - "if we keep going it'll come all right in the end; stick with us, etc etc".

I don't think it will. As a club we've rewarded faliure and he knows his job is safe (as are the players) and hence the complacent poor shows recently.
