Very perceptive line in the Observer report yesterday...

"the talent is there but Norwich are lacking direction and commitment" or something along those lines.

For what its worth I think we did play some nice stuff at times on saturday but still lack that second midfielder alongside Saf that would give us real presence in the middle of the park and enable us to dictate games.

Also although I think a midfielder is the most important addition required if we could get someone like Riorden in for 600K to replace Leon then i think that would be good business as his misses are costing us games at the moment.
