Well, if I could use a bit of Yank terminology for a second, Eadie wasn't as FAST as

Donowa or Fox in my opinion, but he was QUICK. He could change direction and go from full stop to top speed very quickly.

In a straight sprint there were quite a few who were probably quicker.
