Excel techy help

Good morning,
To all you geeky brainy people, this is probably quite easy.
In column b3 i have a total figure.
In columns b4 - b11 i have a figure and would like to have what percentage figures b4 - b11 are individually of b3 and that to appear in columns c4 - c11.

anyone help pse
