So following on from Paris post, where's the most expensive place you've ever been ?
As far as cities go, it was Oslo. As far as areas go, Piazza San Marco in Venice, closely followed by Place de la Sorbonne in Paris.
Ridikerless. Five years ago it cost me EUR 16,50 for a small beer and a coke at Place de la Sorbonne. A year later we ordered the same on Piazza San Marco just to see if we'd beat the Paris price. EU 19,50 .
