it's because every post ever posted on here by anyone is simply for the benefit of pants..

(it isn't, but i knew it would get this reaction from him, but i see no reason why i should stop posting about things that are of interest to me - and hopefully of interest to others on here - if they should happen to be all over the news, however, if i were to just bring it up for no particular reason with there being nothing new to add then i would concede he'd have a point)
