they've changed them to me agreeing to them

2 ten minute waits with them cutting me off, and on the 3rd call, it hits 8pm, and they send a recorded message saying "we're now closed, please hang up"

Then like you've mentioned, after 8pm, it's an outsourcing call centre, which I've never had a good experience with
