I agree with thiis, he is out of order and that wasn't an apology. If the FA want 'respect

for officials, they need to start with this, and punish him properly.

He was really far out of line, and is simply continuing to raise the issue.

They won't ban him though, he'll probably get off with a 'warning on his future conduct'.
