Could I qualify as the next City manager (I've been practicing on FM)

a) My Norwich team are in the top 6 (11 points from 18)
b) We are scoring goals (18 in 7 games)
c) I have signed people who are not strikers
d) We managed to make it past a lower league team in the first round of the league cup without the need for extra time and using my reserves.

Anything Im missing? lol
