We were watching it, ON TELE, for the last 20 minutes of a physics lesson.
Me and Jamie Potter were going mad when Sutton then Efan nearly/should have scored.

The girls didn't really get it, or were trying very hard NOT to get it.

Which was an attitude repeated on a coach coming back from cornwall listening to England Spain in Euro 96 a foo years later.
I hada bit of a barny with our female geography teacher about how wanting England to beat Spain didn't make me racist.

Crazy woman.
