The key to such a website is targeted traffic from keywords and related websites.

Try to think outside the box to get traffic to such a website.

Maybe even come up with another info website that can drive traffic.

Such as a free info site on a certain related subject.

Once you have tuned fro the search engines it can upsell to the main site.
