Completely agree with just about everything you've written, especially the Peter Thorne / Matty Svensson angle. Why refuse to offer a 31 year old Matty a 2 year contract, a known quantity and a proven goal scorer at this level, but offer a 2 year deal to an injury prone (and for what I've seen waster of space) Peter Thorne.
