I don't think I have expressed my views on politics, apart from

loathing Thatcher and have never assumed that you are a Tory.
For the recoed I have never voted labour. I have voted for New Labour once though. I did that because a change was desperately needed and look what we got.
Be warned about voting for change for changes sake.
