i think.......

the average man is fed up with ANY government after 10 years. Its a standard political cycle that NO government in GB has survived any significant amount of time longer. Coupled with the fact Brown is also disliked by many for not actually earning his job, not actually getting voted in, then yes I see a tory win, unless they f**k it up spectacularly!
