Aye its been good so far, loving Lambo's work. I'm not in my office anymore

Made a decision to get out and move around the teams for a while, get a better feel on what they do, and do some 'live' coaching.

Its fun, and makes me feel like less of a billy no mates shut away on my own.

Downside is, its harder to wrath!
