As much as the end of season 5 Lost pissed me off. I did love the flash back in time to when only two were on the island, and a boat is heading ashore. One wants them there, the other just wants the island to stay isolated and no one knowing where it is "They come. They fight. They destroy. They corrupt. It always ends the same."
