He forgot to bring on McVeigh

The plan - bring on doc and play a 3-5-2

The outcome - Charlton had to play left wing.... which is of course pretty stupid

The Solution - bring on Mcveigh... why didnt he do this when he brought on doc?... the only reasons are that he either forgot or he is a bloody idiot

And thats why hes time is nearly up - face it, tactically hes appalling
