What other club will hand him 2million to spend in his first year, then 1/2 million second year, then 2 million the year after

Most clubs don't have that money

WOrthington in another job working with what he has got has nightmare written all over it

Get someone in that has scrimped with nothing most of there managerial career

Someone like Ronnie Moore, or John Ward or Cheltenham

someone with experience and clue whats going on
