Even though Lamberts overall results havn't been outstanding.....

I have been incredibly impressed with how Lambert has approached the job so far.

(1) The shape is more solid

(2) By playing youth players and dropping anyone he is keeping everyone on their toes while giving hope to anyone playing at the club.
Doesn't care about age, only ability.
