Right....so you are basically saying that the job im in at the min....

as no career prospects?
So,asides from the fact im already on a damn good wage,plus theres room for progression within the company,or the fact that two out of my last three full time jobs have been managerial positions,what else exactly should i be looking to use in order to put myself in this job that you seem to think i wont get then???
