That's what i tried to point out below but he's not interested.

Lamberts doing ok so far.

A long way from great but not bad, which is good in its way considering we were a shambles.

Charlton are now where i think we will be come novemeber time or so.
They had the last 2 or 3 months of last season, blooding these kids, getting them experience and confidence and building a side.
Hence they've hit the ground running while we pissed around at the end of the season and over the summer with Gunn.
