Great work

I went for a run yesterday ahead of a 10k race next weekend, it didnt look hot but 20mins in I was struggling and it was sapping the life from me near the end. Managed just over 8.5km in just under 50mins.

Im still contemplating running the Norwich half marathon, had a mare there last year with an injury so wouldnt mind another go
