There's the usual period of reflection where the team is supposed to over come the last regime and just fabricate results out of thin air just because of a managerial change

And I mentioned Roeder, because it's a big comparison of how we were supposed to be in a mess, despite only losing 1 nil to a team who got to the play off final, whilst defending that we're not in a mess now, after losing to various teams in the bottom half of the division below
