I know. consent has to be given though surely?

and by law (yes I know, the real world) an employer cannot discriminate on the grounds of a refusal to take an invasive medical test. Therefore, I still think it is illegal to impose it unless perhaps in certain professions such as sport or where public safety is an issue (health care).
