A gaming question...

So, I know that Beatles Rock Band game only is 40 quid, and if I want the drums and mic and guitar and game it's about 175 ish.

What the hell is the Value pack that Tesco has for 97 quid ? It looks like the band in the box, but is nearly half the price ???
