The police station is in the middle of the town centre

hence there's cars and vans constantly in and out

Eradicating the chance of any trouble, thus attracts people to come visit

Nice old buildings, nice surrounding parks etc

Gets a bad wrap from my experiences of going

Poor area, but has a lot of a character

Could easily live there. It's a bit like York but far less up itself, and cheaper
