Can anyone help me, I've lost all the data from my Apps in the 3.1 update. Really frustrating, especially as my manage my diabetes and bank account via Apps. I really want to get the data back.

I've found this User Posted Link but I don't know how to do it on vista, can anyone help? very desperate here.
