how many punters, like you are experiencing similar? at best, you are not using lexmark ink for a month. that is a loss of profit for the company. also you would probably have switched to another brand and never gone back. Another even greater loss to Lexmark.

I don't know the first thing about twitter but seems to me that the Lexmark twitter bloke could sort himself out a tidy payrise if he was smart.
