what a marvellous day for a game of cricket.

Dry, cool and high cloud cover in Nottingham right now. Fully expecting the sun to burn away some of the cloud later. No further rain has fallen since the shower that ended play last night. The forecast today, as indeed for the rest of the test is set fair. Sunny spells today with temperatures reaching around 18 Celcius.

Roll on the Pietersen and Freddy show come 10.30am.
