Ooh, Ohh AB, AB. My Make A Meal With Cheese book turned up last night.

It's brillers. Some of the recipes are literally cheese on a cocktail stick, with a pickled onion or pineapple.

They recommend that you stick it in something as a nice centrepiece and recommend half a grapefruit, natch, and also half a hard cabbage.

It's brilliant, it even smells of the 1970's.
