Its about time too.
With all the bleeding academy laws about catchement areas put in place, the FA/FIFA/UEFA or whoever needs to try and stop the big clubs stealing kids.

Not just for the good of the clubs, but for the lads themselves.
Its still easier to break into the lower leagues, then progress upwards.
IF you get released by a big club at 17/18 your career can spiral downwards remarkably quickly.
