there's masses of DM specialists out there, but quite often the bigger, more expensive agencies. David at User Posted Link is a really knowlegeable DM guy for b2b at a decent smaller agency (he's a friend as well) - lectures at Institute Direct Marketing and things. You might want to look at IDM courses - there are some really good intro one day ones that help with working out measurement, legal, as well as the creative aspects and ideas.
