Roeder's attitude to begin with what just what was needed

the problem was it got worse and worse and out of hand completely. Alex Ferguson is hardly no shrinking violet but he knows when to draw the line and respect certain people at the club. This is where Roeder fell down so does not mean that Lambert will follow the same here. If he models himself more in the Fergie role, then great.
