Picky! Nothing needs doing now, its up to scratch and comfortable for us. Potential is

there IF we progress nicely into the prem, and can push on a bit.
At which points, obviously, something would need doing to the stadium.
Not until we'd had a foo seasons of prem income though.
So not something new owners would need to fork out for short term.
