19K in league 1.
Great infrastructure, relatively small debts for a club with our kind of fan base.
Nothing needs doing to the stadium.
Its all set up for a lower mid table prem club, minimum.
Potential for 30K gates i'd say if we can push top half.

Just need to sort out the playing side.
