If you take up this offer, you are responsible for arranging it and dealing with any issues. You can only order this software online and pay the shipping costs using your credit card. The shipping costs are approximately ?17.21 per package, delivery takes up to 28 days. If there are any problems you will have to take them up direct with Microsoft. The IT Service Desk is not available for any questions or problems arising from your use of this software at home.
