your CPU is getting hot,

basically if you are running a few apps at the same time, especially if you're surfing the net and there is flash on the webpage, then it will really eat up the CPU. By getting added memory you are basically spreading the load on your system better. The computer will run much more efficiently. You will really notice the difference from 1gb to 3gb.
