ans as capacitors age the ability to hold charge gets less, and electrical discharge can result through dryed ceramic. Be sure to discharge all capacitors with your Brinkley Stick. Ensure, of course, you have checked the servicability of capacitor on brinkley stick with a servicable fluke or other resistance meter.
