"2 Girls 1 Cup"

I had a text from my mat etelling me to google this as people are raving about it.
He tol dme though not to do it & work & not when Mrs SWC is around because it is filty.
He also warned me that you can go only get rid of it by turning the pc off although it apparently doesn't damage your computer.
This last bit "have to turn your pc off to get rid of it but it wont hurt your pc" - Is that true?? Why would that be the only way you could get rid of it?
