they have average speed cameras

which aren't about entering or exiting a motorway, plus about a million signs warning about them, as they have to do, plus it's all standard fines nothing about this s**te of a fine for every minute (or whatever)

when they did introduce the average speed cameras to the A14 there was s**t loads of publicity about it too
